3,403 cereal boxes domino through the halls at T. C. Cherry Elementary!

T. C. Cherry partnered with Guaranteed Pest Control to collect cereal to donate to BGISD Family Resource and Youth Services Centers and local food pantries. Jaedyn Strickland started the domino after collecting 385 boxes, the most for an individual student at the school.

Thanks to everyone who contributed and helped make a difference in our community!

Students and teachers from Gutenberg-Gymnasium in Erfurt, Germany have been visiting Bowling Green since October 25th as part of the German American Partnership Program (GAPP). The group has spent time shadowing host students at Bowling Green High School, weekends with local families, seeing local attractions and learning about local government. Today, they are both sharing about their home and school as well as experiencing a day at an American elementary school with T. C. Cherry.

🇩🇪 GAPP is a nonprofit for school-to-school exchanges with U.S. schools, helping participants learn about language and culture.

Led by Dr. Ferrel Rose at BGHS, this is the 25th year and 10th exchange between the two schools.
